Pediatric Occupational Therapist OTR/L
Employment Type - Part TIme and Full-Time available

Way to Grow, LLC Pediatric Therapy is now growing!! We are in need for an experienced pediatric OTR looking to work with our team of amazing therapists at our beautiful clinic in Chandler, AZ. Full-time hours will be added as they become available with a growing schedule through the winter and into the New Year. Candidate must have excellent written communication, especially for evaluations, notes and documentation. Occupational Therapists interested should have experience (2+ yrs.) in working with pediatric clients in clinical settings, experience in providing sensory based treatment (SI), and background/experience with feeding therapy (not mandatory but preferred). School experience/background is also preferred. Interested candidates should also be passionate about their work, self-driven, creative, dedicated, reliable, resourceful, always looking to learn and LOVE to work with children and their families. Occupational Therapists interested should also have excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and be willing to be apart of a growing team! The Occupational Therapist position is from 20+ hrs. a week with the potential to grow into a full time position! **Must be currently licensed in AZ, and available to work in person at our clinic until 6 pm daily.

Speech Language Pathologist CCC-SLP
Employment Type - Part-Time to Full-Time Available Now!

Way to Grow, LLC Pediatric Therapy is now growing!! We are in need for an experienced pediatric SLP looking to work with our team of amazing therapists at our beautiful clinic in Chandler, AZ. Part-time hours (15+ hours a week starting) will be added as they become available with a growing schedule over this winter/spring. Candidate must have excellent written communication, especially for evaluations, notes and documentation. Speech Language Pathologists interested should have experience (2+ yrs.) in working with pediatric clients in clinical settings and administering diagnostic evaluations and generating appropriate treatment plans. Experience with supervision of SLPAs is also required. Interested candidates should also be passionate about their work, self-driven, creative, dedicated, reliable, resourceful, always looking to learn and LOVE to work with children and their families.
